Pictures

• PicMonkey- PicMonkey is a website that allows you to edit pictures. You can add filters, backgrounds, or other effects. This was one of my favorite websites that we used for this unit. If I need to edit a photo I will probably use this website.
• Pixlr- Pixlr is a website that lets you edit photos. On the website you can put on different frames and effects. This was my favorite website to use for this unit because it had a lot of cool features that you didn't have to pay to use.
• Fotor-Fotor is a easy to use photo editing website that allows you to upload, then edit photos.
• BeFunky- BeFunky is a website that lets you upload different pictures, then allows you to add frames or other things like stickers or effects.
• Ribbet - Ribbet is a website that allows you to use photo editing software. You can make collages, cool pictures, or other things.
• Picnik - Picnik is a photo editing website that allows you to upload photos, then edit them by allowing you to put filters, stickers, or frames. This was my least favorite website because it had alot of member features, but not alot of free features.

ZooBurst

ZooBurst is a website that allows you to make a pop up book for kids stories. It is a useful website if you want to make a kids book. I probably won't use this website again because I do not need to make kids books all of the time.

Animoto

Chernobyl
Animoto is a website that allows you to create short 30 second videos using photos and videos. The website also allows you to upload your own photos and videos. I probably won't use Animoto because there are many websites that are similar that are free.

Glogster

Glogster is a website that allows you to make a poster board online. It has many features like allowing you to use youtube videos and music for your poster. It has many other useful tools and is easy to use. When I need to make a poster, I will consider using glogster.

Survey about Chernobyl

            I surveyed a majority of people in the class about what they know about Chernobyl. A lot of people had very similar answers to questions, but there was an outlier in the survey. 50% of the people that answered the questions were male, 44% were female, and 6% were other. 6 out of the 7 males were 16 or older, and 3 out of 8 females were also 16 or older. Out of all of the guys, only one person didn’t know what nuclear energy was, while two girls didn’t know what it was. Only one guy didn’t know about the Chernobyl disaster, while four girls didn’t know about it. When asking the question would you visit Chernobyl, 3 guys said yes and one girl said yes. I also asked if anyone thought nuclear energy was a great way to make power, and 5 guys said yes, and 2 girls said yes.
